In response to COVID-19, the Government of Alberta has created a new Agriculture Training Support Program to help employers in the food supply chain provide necessary training to new Alberta employees.
If you haven't looked at the CAP(Canadian Agricultural Program) website, it has offered many programs.
Current programs that are accepting applications are:
Agriculture and Food Sustainability Assurance Initiatives
and Youth Agriculture Education.

Deadlines for scholarships through Alberta Agricultural Societies has been extended until April 15, 2021.
They will be giving away $500 scholarships for three General Scholarships and three Agricultural Scholarships.
Scholarship nominations are made through your Agricultural Society. If you feel you know or could be a canidate for nomination, please, contact us and let us know.
